Yes to creativity!

Hey all! This is something I've been meaning to do for a really, really long time. I started my blog in December 2013. I can't believe that it's almost one year and a half ago. When I started my blog, I was in a transitioning period in my life.  I was really unhappy with my law studies in Germany and it affected my life situation. I felt stuck and in total denial with what I really wanted. After a year of battling with myself, I decided to listen to my inner voice and make some changes. I decided to move to Switzerland and change the focus of my studies into International Law. Although this might seem like a small change, it was in fact a huge one to me. This was such a good decision because I was always more interested in global and humanitarian topics than in how companies merge. Today, I feel like I believe again in what I am doing and what I am studying.

Throughout this time of basically quitting my old studies, moving to a new country and starting a new life, I had to find myself. Especially in the dark hours before I made this decision, I reconnected or found out about my creativity. I was always suppressing it because I thought I should focus on my studies. I didn't even know that it existed to be honest.  But I realized that sometimes you need these dark hours to connect to your creativity. That was the time I started MadVoyage.

I have so many ideas that I want to share. My life was so busy lately so I didn't really have the time to share it with you. I am in the midst of graduating. But today I feel like making a promise. A promise to myself to be more creative. A promise to step out of my comfort zone. That's why I filmed my first YouTube video. Here's to more videos, posts and more creativity!
