LIVING IN SWITZERLAND | PART 1

So, as you can see above I have a thing for cheesy montages. But come on, what's better than two brown girls and mountains, right?! Ok, that just sounded wrong. As you can see, I have also a thing for weird introductions. So, let's skip this part and dive into today's topic.

This week is all about empowering and strong female figures. So, today I wanted to share with you some of the experiences my friend Mimi and I made when we moved to Switzerland. This post is for everyone who considers to move to Switzerland or abroad in general, for everyone who is young - young girls in particular - and maybe afraid of moving to another country.  I think this is important to share because so many people, and so many girls, want to move abroad but are too scared to do it or don't know what to expect. I often got the comment that it's a brave thing to do and I guess Mimi heard that comment even more often -  moving all the way from Australia to Switzerland. And yes, there's a certain bravery to it. But to be honest, I never considered it to be something extremely brave, because it was just something I've always wanted to do. That's why I want to empower young girls and women in general to get to that state of mind where you just do it, because you want to do it and don't talk yourself out of it. Of course, it's not always easy, but it's definitely worth it.

This is the start of a three part series of the experiences we made, the struggles we had and the good memories we'll always keep.
